Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
How to return
- Email support@daytodeals.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Conditions
- Items should be unused or gently used and in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, used grooming and feeding items can only be returned if they're defective.
- Return shipping is free if the item was defective, damaged or wrong. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full — no need to send it back.
