How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 3–11 business days; every product page shows its own estimate. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order over $35.00. Below that, shipping is a flat $4.99.
What if my pet doesn't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
How does Deal of the Day work?
Every day at midnight Eastern Time a new product gets an extra 15% off. The discount applies automatically in your cart until the timer runs out.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through PayPal's secure checkout. You don't need a PayPal account.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship to addresses in the United States.
How do I track my order?
